The following is the City of Greater Sudbury municipal service schedule for the August 5 Civic Holiday:
• Garbage, recycling and green cart collection are unaffected by this holiday.
• Landfills will be closed.
• The Recycling Centre will be open.
• Tom Davies Square will be closed.
• Citizen Service Centres and libraries will be closed.
• Greater Sudbury Transit routes will follow Sunday and Holiday service schedules.
• Greater Sudbury fitness facilities and pools will be closed.
• Lifeguards will be on duty as usual.
• Greater Sudbury Neighbourhood Playgrounds Camps and Camp Sudaca will be closed.
• Greater Sudbury Animal Shelter will be closed to the public.
• Landfills will be closed.
